Returns or Exchanges
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you would like to return a product due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. Please email support@awnigo.com.
Please Note
To ensure product quality and safety, all returns must be new, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Assembled or used products are not eligible for returns.Our return policy expires within 30 days of receipt. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions/Non-Return Notice
Products that have been painted or installed are not returnable. We are not responsible for parts damaged during installation. Please inspect the parts immediately upon receipt for damage.
Note
Please do not return any orders for reasons not disclosed to you.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or carrier.
We require your receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.
Return Reason
1) Inappropriate Size
Please email support@awnigo.com to request a return or exchange, stating the reason for return and attaching a photo of the product packaging.
Our customer service department will respond within 1-2 business days.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label. We will not accept any returns without prior notification.
After receiving your return, our warehouse will unpack and inspect the package within 2 business days. After inspection, if the product is in good condition and all accessories are intact, we will arrange a refund within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your order has entered the refund process. Please be patient.
If the return is due to buyer's reasons (not liked, not needed, ordered wrong size), the buyer will be required to pay the return shipping fee of USD 120.
2) Damaged Packaging
All items are shipped by courier. If you notice damaged or defective packaging upon receipt, please take a photo and send it to support@awnigo.com. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement and replacement as soon as possible.
3) Quality Issues
If the product is defective, please email support@awnigo.com.
For a quick resolution, please describe the situation and attach 2-3 clear photos showing the defect or damaged area.
We will respond within 1-2 business days. We will use this information to help you process your order and avoid future errors.
4) Order Cancellation
① Cancelling an Unshipped Order
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped,please contact us immediately.For a quick resolution, please provide your order number. Thank you!
② Cancelling a Shipped Order
If you cancel your order while your package is shipped or in transit, please contact us immediately. We will review the status of your package and provide you with the best possible solution as soon as possible. If your package is confirmed to be in transit, you must wait until it arrives before initiating the return process.
If the return is due to buyer's reasons (not liked, not needed, ordered wrong size), the buyer will be required to pay the return shipping fee of USD 120.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, our warehouse will inspect the item within 2 business days.
Once we confirm that the fabric, frame, and accessories are intact, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.
If the refund is approved, you will receive a refund notification email, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
The entire refund process takes approximately 5-7 business days.
