ORDER CONFIRMATION


After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the items you ordered and shipping information. Please check the email content carefully (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) and contact us immediately if there is any error.
Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email within 12 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

SHIPPING

The shipping time provided on our website is estimated according to location, package size, and shipping carriers’ transit times.

● Shipping Areas: In the US only. (All locations in the 48 continental U.S. states, excluding Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, U.S. Protectorate.)

● Free Shipping: Free shipping is only available in the 48 states of the United States, other areas do not have free shipping policies and cannot place an order for purchase

● Shipping Methods: Fedex,UPS,USPS.(Large shipments are usually shipped by FedEx, UPS, and small shipments are usually shipped by USPS.)  Expected to arrive in 3-5 working days.

● Tax Included: All our order prices include state taxes, and customers do not need to bear additional taxes.

 

Estimated delivery time:

We have a warehouse in the US, all goods are shipped from the US.

Generally, All orders are processed for shipment within as following time after your order confirmation date.

Handling Time: 0-3 working days (Not including weekends)

Estimated transit time: 3-5 working days

 

TRACKING

After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number, and you can track your item on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@awnigo.com noting your order information.
